What’s the Question?

Heading tonight to make a brief appearance at an event before zooming back home to dig into a monumental pile of work that went unfinished this week due to … well … let’s just say there were some other people’s actions this week that meant my best laid plans were set aside.

While I could be irked that nearly two full day’s worth of hours that should have been focused on building my business and the two major test/certification processes in which I’m deeply engaged right now … instead i was cleaning up messes left by other people’s failure to do what they were supposed to do.

Then I looked up and saw this.

So what’s the question?

Or perhaps it’s the Universe asking me why I continue shouldering some rocks up the hill.

At the event tonight I got the anwer. The answer is that when the options are to skulk away and let others whose action are unacceptable win or stand and fight for what I believe, there is not actually a question.

Today’s Gracious Gratitude. I am grateful for:

  • leftovers so I don’t have to cook
  • the smell of fresh laundry
  • warm, clean sweats
  • focusing on a task and seeing it done well
  • being given feedback on my study progress that feels really good
  • making plans for a vacation
  • sleep
  • warm, clean socks
